The role will include managing and coaching your staff and ensuring that the exceptional service, knowledge and advice given to clients is maintained. This product range is high end and the company has a health orientated philosophy.
Your responsibilities will include training of staff, sales development, staff motivation and performance tracking. Attending management meetings and participating and leading in business initiatives and events and stock control.
We are looking for a Manager from a beauty background, experienced in retail sales and team management and ideally with beauty qualifications.
It is an advantage if you already come from a simlar role with experience in sales mangement, although you could be from a similar background and ready for your next step into management.
Salary TBC circa £25K - £27K basic +commission + benefits.
